We were extremely pleased with Avolus' service and with the entire experience. First of all, they were able to secure both flights for us at very short notice (less than 5 hours prior to departure in fact in case of the first flight), they gave me several options to choose from and were also able to change things 'on the fly' as our plans have evolved. I was also impressed with the pricing they were able to obtain (again, given that we needed a plane on short notice in a relatively obscure location). Furthermore, they paid attention to small details, such as cars on arrival, child seats etc which was greatly appreciated by my family. All in all, Avolus turned what would have otherwise been an 'emergency rescue operation' into an extremely pleasant experience.
